1. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is defective or damaged during transit, you can contact us for an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item (or for a replacement part depending on the issue).
We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged or defective item via email to help us accurately assess the issue and determine if a replacement part is needed.

5. How to Prepare the Item for Return Shipping
Please pack the item in an appropriately sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or other fillers to adequately protect the item. Do not place the shipping label directly on the item, as this may result in a partial or no refund.
